Refund & Cancellation Policy

As Navaayan deals with consumable edible products, we follow strict hygiene and quality standards. Therefore:

• Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
• We do not accept returns for opened or used oil bottles.
• If you receive a wrong, damaged, or leaking product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently deliver across India using trusted courier partners. Please note:

• Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days of confirmation.
• Delivery timelines vary by location: 3–7 working days for metro cities, and 5–10 working days for other regions.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• In case of delays due to courier or unforeseen events, we will keep you updated via email/phone.
